Privacy Notice pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as it is not obliged to do so under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts.

 

2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Personal data collected through the online contact form on the Controller’s website are processed for the following purposes:
- to enable communication between the data subject and the Controller,
- to process and respond to requests, questions, comments or complaints submitted via the contact form,
- to keep records of incoming communication.

The legal basis for processing is:
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Controller in ensuring effective communication, and
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – the processing is necessary in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

 

3. Scope of Processed Personal Data

The following categories of personal data are processed via the contact form:
- name and surname,
- e-mail address,
- telephone number (if provided),
- the content of the message and any other data provided voluntarily by the data subject.

The Controller does not request or process special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR.

 

4. Retention Period of Personal Data

Personal data are stored for the period necessary to handle the request and ensure communication, but no longer than 12 months from the date of receipt. After this period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

 

5. Recipients of Personal Data

The recipients of personal data may include:
- persons responsible for the technical operation of the website or the Controller’s IT systems,
- the web hosting provider,
- public authorities where required by law.

Personal data are not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes and are not transferred to third countries or international organizations.

 

6. Rights of Data Subjects

The data subject has the following rights in relation to the processing of their personal data:
- Right of access (Article 15 GDPR),
- Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR),
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) (Article 17 GDPR),
- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
- Right to object (Article 21 GDPR),
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

7. Provision of Data and Automated Decision-Making

The provision of personal data through the contact form is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes of communication. The Controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
